Bullying clownfish

I’m new to the group. I’m having an issue with my clakii clown bullying the pajama Cardinal fish only other fish in the tank with the clown. The pajama was in the tank first. I had an issue with ick and all other fish died. I did water changes and treated. So I choice to get a clown again. It was in quarantine for 3 weeks before I add him to my tank with the pajama. The clown is getting worse she or he nipped a piece of the pajama tail off. I tried putting a divider in but the pajama got through on one the sides. Any suggestions on what to do.

If the divider you used was ineffective, consider using a larger and more secure one. Or add a dither fish because sometimes adding a non-aggressive, fast-swimming fish can help distract the aggressor clownfish, reducing its aggression towards the pajama cardinal.
