Hello - before I start, I know, I know…we didn’t have a thermostat. Learned the hard way. Tank overheated last week while out of town. My son found everything dead (fish, urchin, snails, coral). Only survivors were zombie snails - even algae died and live rock is pretty bleached. Don’t know how hot the tank got but he said the water was hot to the touch. NOW we have an InkBird installed. Sucks we lost everything - that really hurts - but time to move on. Did 20% water change 7 days ago and have been monitoring temp for a week.  Since we had such a big temp spike, we are unsure how to start over. Do we need to reboot the environment by cycling again prior to adding livestock? Thinking of adding new live rock and cycling prior to adding anything else. Appreciate the help!
