Pooki Posted July 9, 2023 Share Posted July 9, 2023 Got my two clowns 3 days ago everything’s been fine I’m just worried about my darker clown. He’s been breathing really heavy and hiding. He had a hair or something else attached to him. I had to take him out and remove it. I hope that wasn’t a parasite. My parameters have been fine and temp is around 76. My other clownfish is much more outgoing than the other one and seems fine. (I’m a first time saltwater keeper ) I’m using distilled water not ro/di. Please help!!!! Pooki Posted July 9, 2023 Author Share Posted July 9, 2023 I just have him a dip with Para guard, didn’t realize that I need to do a water change bc I used the tanks water (a gallon) to do so. He’s staying low to the tank and swimming but still breathing hard. I turned off my fluval wave marker so he could swim better. Quote Link to comment

Pooki Posted July 10, 2023 Author Share Posted July 10, 2023 About 3 hours after that I have him a 2 minute freshwater dip and it was stressful but now he has stopped hiding but still is breathing heavily. He comes out more at night in my opinion Quote Link to comment
