Dr. Saltwater
Looks 10 times better than it looked before! Link to comment
Withers
i didn't even see that you were from austria. you can pull the rock out to remove them, just make sure you don't do it in the tank, as they will explode and put spores EVERYWHERE in your tank. Link to comment
audiocontrol
Not to be an ass, only just to let you know: Thats not a sea fan. I have one also and was informed it was a "purple frilly" gorgonian. If you saw a sea fan, you'd know it, lol. I have a dried out one and it is about a foot across and basically looks like a large stiff lace structure. Both are gorgonians though. Tank looks nice though! Link to comment
burnah
thank you very much for your compliments! i thought sea fan is the common name for gorgonians or so... now i know better should i remove a small majano (or however its spelled) anemone, which came with the LR? Link to comment
audiocontrol
yea, as far as i know, a gorgonain is either a "sea fan" or a "sea rod"; which is what the purple frilly is. I dont know if there are other types of gorgonians besides the typical sea rods and sea fans though... Link to comment
