High phosphate, high nitrate?

Morning all, 

100ltr redsea all in one tank. My tank is looking great, 9 month old but my nitrate and phosphate are very high. I put in a while ago 1 bag of metrix media under skimmer, another different type in return chamber can't remember name!!
