Which light do I have?

Anyone know exactly what light I have here?  

 

I know it is made by Current USA and needs a remote to operate it.  It's the 48 inch long type, but I cannot figure out exactly what it is.  

 

Reason I need to know is that I do not have a remote for it.  Light was a freebie but cannot work without the remote.  

 

It has an odd sensor that is encased in rubber/plastic material.  

 

I see quite a few remotes for sale online, but wonder if several will work or if I need a certain one.
