new tank... need help

hello, i recently bought a tank off someone.

it included live rock/water from previous tank. i got it up and runnning. i bought a test kit and was wondering what parameters i should be looking for. how do i know if my tank is established.

Since your purchase included live rock, it's probably established.  Verify that ammonia is undetectable before adding any livestock.
