Super Glue Accelerator

Has anyone used one of these products sold at a home improvement or hobby store? 

I know BRS sells a version Insta - set but trying to avoid shipping cost.

Regular super glue works fine, if that's what you're asking.

 

But if you're asking about something that makes super glue harden faster but is not something you will have to spend on shipping to get, then you might be interested to know that seawater is an excellent super glue accelerator.  No joke.  

 

If you want extra convenience, put some tank water in a spray bottle while you're fragging – something the frags would likely appreciate too.  Sometimes a dip in the tank is good enough though.  What works best can depend a lot on exactly what you're mounting to what of course. 😉
