Jkelly63
Hey all, this week I had a little mishap in my 20 gallon nano with alkalinity dosing causing a swing in alkalinity and all corals to retract, several water changes later parameters have stabilized with Alk at 8.3, but lost a monti cap on the way. Zoas, GSP and one of my gonis have started to open back up, my torch and hammer are still not open a whole lot yet, but this morning I noticed this on my frogspawn, is this STN/RTN? seabass
As you mentioned, stony corals react poorly to alkalinity swings. I imagine, there isn't much more to it than that. Try to keep things stable, and hopefully it will start to recover. Quote Link to comment

I have red sea ab+ Quote Link to comment
seabass
I wouldn't overdo it; but since you already own it, I'd use it sparingly. Quote Link to comment
