Weird Brown Strings

Hello,

 

looking for an ID on this stuff on my rock. Tank started with dry rock, but I’ve got these weird brown strings growing up and they will have almost a small flower looking polyp on top on some. 
 

Been trying to search and find out what this is for weeks, but anything with the keyword brown just pops up diatoms.
