Yellowhead Jawfish already established but something wrong with him

Please helpit's been 4 days now and my jawfish is acting like a zombie he's been outside his hole, not tryn to jump out, just the look of death in his eyes. He is not responsive to anything really. Kinda looks like there might be a little something on his eye but idk... it's so minuscule. No idea what's wrong with him? Anyone run into this problem and was able to All my other fish are fine, my Toby puffer is the first indication of water parameters being off, I'm thinking he might of had his hole collapse on him but he doesn't have any visual injuries that I can see. He still looks like he is fine as far as swimming and physical appearance goes. But he is definitely not, he isn't alert and reacting to anything and if he does it's super delayed. His tank mates legitimately seem to be concerned, they hurdle around him looking him up and down and lay by him. It's crazy. His name is Rocco and I would really appreciate someone's feedback as for he is a staple in my tank, thank you!
