40 Rimless high clarity Aquarium Bundle w/ stand, lid, AIO filter, extras

I have recently downsized my reef to a 10gallon from my 40, due to my career picking up and having less free time to care for it. Everything is in good working condition with minimal wear.
Here's the setup:

Tank: Seapora 40 rimless unltra-clear glass. Used for 2 years, no real scratches at all, kept it in like-new condition. Comes with the black stand in great condition.

Filter: Fijicube 40gallon AIO insert. Makes any rimless tank to a all-in-one. I've siliconed rubber feet to the bottom to make is a perfect fit for this tank. Filter is not siliconed into the tank, don't have to use it if you would rather go sump etc.

Pump: Lifegard aquatics quiet one 1200. Works fine, replaced original pump with this one after a year or so.

Light: Viparspecta 165w LED reef light. Great light, strong enough to grow any coral you want. Used for only a few months, had a different LED on it before. Like new, comes with remote.

Extras: Has a custom cut acrylic lid that I made for this tank. Looks great and works fine, just need to flip it over every week or so due to acrylic warping with humidity. Best solution I have found for a proper rimless lid. I have a heater, green machine UV sterilizer, and some dried live rocks that I'll throw in too.

PRICE: 325$ ALL TOGETHER. This is the forum price (less than I put this on facebook for). I paid over 300 for the tank and stand alone, so the price is firm.
I would sell the tank and stand without the other stuff for 275. Light alone for 80. Best deal is to take it all for 325.

Pickup only in Jersey city NJ, I don't drive. I can help you load it in your car.
