sicce syncra silent .5 or 1 for fluval evo 13.5

I've been wanting to replace the stock pump in my Evo 13.5 for a long time and am finally going to do it!   I've decided on getting a sicca but and not sure which size would be best.  I've heard they are a tight fit, but I am wondering more about flow.  What would those who have one recomend?

I don't know about fit, but about flow, I have a Nuvo 10 with a Sicce 1(with an rfg) in it which produces the perfect amount of flow.  I don't need a powehead or any other flow device in the tank.

Go with the 1.0, you can always turn down the flow.

Thanks, I look forward to having a pump that has some flow, the stock pump is really not great.
