tito Posted September 21, 2002 Share Posted September 21, 2002 I am looking for a new skimmer for my 20 w/a 10 gal sump since I broke my packpack. I want to go with a counter current skimmer. I seen these minifloaters and was wondering if anybody used them. I was extremely satisfied with my T1000, so I am thinking of staying with aquamedic. Anyone? Link to comment

ross76053 Posted September 21, 2002 Share Posted September 21, 2002 tito, Gotcha - I think there's a fine line between under-tightening (leaking) and over-tightening the input tubing. Mine leaked the very first night I had it (after watching it NOT leak for hours) because it wasn't tight enough. Link to comment
