I'm having a hard time programing my light through the app. Can someone please explain how this works or offer up a preset schedule?

I have a 20g IM fusion 20  w a prime 16hd and i downloaded the "david Zaxby" preset i like the way it looks and my corals seem to like it to hope it helps!
