Calibration heat controller

Does anyone know how to calibrate an inkbird ITC 306T heat controller? and I  can't find much on it . I have a 32 gal. biocube tank , my digital thermometer says 77.2  the inkbird says 77.9 . Would I have go into calibration on the inkbird and press the down arrow by 6 in order to match the digital thermometer?

Yep, go into the calibration setting on the inkbird and press down the down arrow until you have reached the number of degrees you want to drop the temperature by. So in your case you would press the down arrow until it read 0.8 and it should lower it by 0.8 degrees.
