New to toadstool keeping - can tentacles open up further?

Hi Forum,

I got a toadstool yesterday and it seems to be happy in my tank (10G) in an area of mid flow, low light.

 

I can see all tentacles are extending. 

 

I've never owned a toadstool before. Can anyone tell me if I can expect the heads to open up more? If so, what would a fully-open tentacle look like, and should I work on light or flow to get there?

 

And if anyone can ID it (with the colour variant), I would really appreciate it!
