Help setting up RSM Reefer 250

Hey guys, i was out of the hobby for a while but still have a never set up Red Sea Max Reefer 250.

 

As far as I'm aware, its only missing a pump and lights, the plumbing and sump are included. 

 

I've been away for a while so not really sure what the ideal set up would be for this tank, and which lights/pump should be my go to. 

Any help would be appreciated, as far as my budget goes, I just want to get quality products I don't mind the cost.
