Hammer coral in lower flow?

I am interested in getting a small, cheap green hammer coral frag but my tank has low flow.

My lighting is ok for hammer corals and I plan to dose all-for-reef but my main concern is the flow,

has anybody had experience with hammer corals in low flow? its only cheap so is it worth a try?

Depending on how low you are talking about. Mine are in lower flow areas. They don't like higher flow and tend to retract a bit. I find in calmer water they extend better..

As mentioned, depends on low flow. They don't like high flow.

 

Anything you dose, should be dosed for consumption and testing should be done.
