Tiger Pistol Shrimp MIA

I have had a pistol shrimp for about 6 years (I think). I see him almost every time I feed. Every day. I upgraded from a 6 gal to a 14 and things were good, he still came out. I also introduced an engineer goby who has been doing his thing. Three weeks into the new tank he has not showed himself for 2-3 days. 

 

Not sure if this matters, but I put a Yasha goby in that my clown decided to try as food. Thought he lived but he went int he sand and never came out. That was over a week ago. This probably has nothing to do with it but I am just trying to think of everything.
