MY female glow fish wont eat anymore.

I been feeding her and she still doesn't eat Iput little bit of food everyday and still doesn't eat. Am scared that shes gonna die cause that's how my other glow fish died and I always feed my female glow fish flakes not those little balls but idk how to fix it like I need answers.

what kind of tank is she in and how big is it? is there a filter? how long have you had the fish?

Is the tank cycled?

 

Do you have a way to test ammonia?

 

Tank size? Does it have a heater and filter? 
 

Do you see anything visibly wrong with the fish? White spots? Torn fins? Red gills?
