Is this a harmful or helpful parasite?

Hi everyone, I was looking at my tank last night and saw about 4-5 of these centipede or shrimp looking parasites. It might be a bristle worm but I dont see a anything resembling a bristle worm except for it being long and thin.

What do you guys think it is?
