DIY LED panel for BioCube 29 for macro algae display tank

Hello,

I have a 40W constant current DC controller that I'd like to utilize to convert to LED lighting on an old second hand BioCube 29.  I'm pretty handy with electronics, but I don't know anything about where to source LED panels from that would have the correct daylight spectrum for growing macro algae.

What are some places where I should be looking?

I've seen some DIY retrofit kits, but they're pretty expensive.  I was hoping just getting the LED panel would be much less expensive.  I'm capable of doing the microcontroller dimming, cooling fans, etc myself.

RapidLed,StevesLeds,Ledgroupbuy,Ledsupply all have mounted diodes. I haven't found anywhere else that sells them.

I use Rapid and Steves the most. Rapid is slowly turning into a cannabis light website and StevesLeds has the vest prices on Luxeon Rebel's and Semi's.
