HELP!! I think my clownfish is dying

Hi, I'm a beginner at the fish hobby. Yesterday, I brought my first clownfish and now it is at the bottom of the tank, looks like its dying, I dont know what to do. Before Neo the clownfish started acting weird I removed the background from the tank to be placed on the outside the fish was still in the tank.. did I do something wrong? Can't  I revive? Please HELP!!

First, I’m sorry this is happening. 
 

Second, it’s hard to know what caused this without more information. How old is your tank? Was it cycled before you added the fish? Did you acclimate the fish? Do you have a test kit to find out what your water parameters are?

 

I really don’t mean to overwhelm you, but impossible to help without more information. And sometimes it’s not even our fault. You could have received a fish that was unhealthy to begin with.
