Lighting timer help

Hi just purchased bio cube 32 what is the best lighting  time set up for a 3 lights thanks

I believe that blue lights have 30 minute ramp up and ramp down functions.  I'd probably have the blue lights on for 8 (up to nine) hours, with the day lights on for 7 (up to eight) hours, sandwiched in the middle of the blues.
