king aiptasia
In light of recent events of 2020 ive been archiving everything and i've been made to see the value of having offline copies of all data and resources. what are your most informative aquarium books and magazines? is anyone trying to offload lots of books and magazines? ajmckay
Hmm good question. I mean obviously paper magazines are still available. I've been a subscriber to CORAL for several years and browse back issues all the time. I think you get a digital copy with your subscription now also. As for books... That's a tougher one given there's so much information out there - but a general fish guide isn't a bad thing to have handy. Quote Link to comment

I have a thread just for that! 🙂 Now if someone could show me how to print out a copy of the Reef Chemistry Calculator, I'll be a happy Luddite!!! 2 Quote Link to comment

mcarroll
LOL...that's a little steep for what amounts to a large magazine. (It's very good and worth having though...don't get me wrong.) In seriousness, I'd snap up one of those used copies for $56 if it really looks interesting to you. His book on invertebrates is also really good. Quote Link to comment

I have that one too. I must've listened to your recommendations back in the day ( 2009 ) Too funny. I was looking up a horseshoe crab the other day in the book. LFS employee mentioned I might want one. Found out it " IS NOT " something that belongs anywhere near my 10 gallon tank! Definitely a good reference book.. 1 Quote Link to comment
