The life and death of my 20 gallon freshwater maybe revival

Well this is a hard one had to shut down my freshwater today after it got killed by velvet from a neon tetra so I’m here to talk about it in posts once a week I know this is a reefing website but this is more a memorial To my fish than anything. I will talk about my plans for it eventually but this will mainly retell what it was and how it was bought fo my pet Cory catfish

How does velvet get in a tank. I’m curious freshwater or salt water. What causes it?

Velvet is a disease. Like other diseases, it most commonly gets into an area when a sick animal brings it in.

So today is the first real post I first go the 20 gallon for Christmas 2016 then I had a single 10 gallon housing a single sad Cory with 2 Molly’s. The corys mate died. So I got him a new home for Christmas and my enjoyment. The first thing I did after it was cycled was I got him 4 other panda corys and some nice new plants.I got him a nice wood hide
