Is my gorgonian bleaching?

Hi all! Here is a photo of my Gorgonian, can you tell me if the tips are bleaching ? Or is it burnt from light?

It’s not bleaching it’s dying off. Was it exposed to air during a water change? It looks happy with its polyps out but that die off is concerning. How long has it been like that?

Being exposed to air kills many gargonians and 100% of sponges because the air gets trapped inside the organism preventing it from getting food and nutrients. I’d cut off the dead ends for sure. Other than that just watch your water changes and keep them submerged the whole time to prevent it from happening again. They still look happy and healthy so you shouldn’t have anymore die off.
