ReefCap Posted January 6, 2021 Share Posted January 6, 2021 It’s not bleaching it’s dying off. Was it exposed to air during a water change? It looks happy with its polyps out but that die off is concerning. How long has it been like that? Quote Link to comment

ReefCap Posted January 6, 2021 Share Posted January 6, 2021 Being exposed to air kills many gargonians and 100% of sponges because the air gets trapped inside the organism preventing it from getting food and nutrients. I’d cut off the dead ends for sure. Other than that just watch your water changes and keep them submerged the whole time to prevent it from happening again. They still look happy and healthy so you shouldn’t have anymore die off. Quote Link to comment
