Reinforcing a Kallax 4x2 for a Fluval Evo 13.5

I see a lot of people using the 2x2 for the Fluval Evo 13.5. I got an IKEA Kallax 4x2 and plan to put the Evo on one end of it. Anyone have any experience with this? Would it be sufficient? I've heard both ways, a bunch of people showing me pictures of their current set up with the Kallax but also a lot of people saying i'm doomed to fail. Unfortunately other aquarium stands just don't quite fit the bill or are way too expensive. 

 

Does anyone have any advice on how I can reinforce the Kallax to support the Evo 13.5? I would think the tank when full is about 140-150 pounds.
