Lognor
The nanobox retro kit in my biocube 29 is dying. I've had a lot of issues with it from day one and now I see that Nanobox isn't in business anymore. I want to keep the enclosed hood. Is Steve's the best option? I really hate the thought of spending another $400 on a kit after only 2 years. Quote Link to comment
Everclear
Following along. I too am considering a Steve's retro kit for my biocube 29. Quote Link to comment
farkwar
What does dying mean? The lights are not all that complicated 1) The pucks 2) The drivers 3) Controller 4) Power supply And each of those is relatively replaceable 1 Quote Link to comment

Now the royal blue are not lighting completely. I’ve never done anything with the components before. I’d love to keep the bluefish mini controller and just get new lights. I just don’t know how to go about it. I assumed it would be simpler to get a new kit. 1 Quote Link to comment
