Is this infection??

I just bought this coral from LFS couple days ago, now I notice it has some dead tissue on it. Is it dying or it’s infection?

Hard to tell anything from that picture...not sure what coral that is.  But if it's supposed to be colorful, it's bleached at the very minimum.

 

 

Can you tell us more about the tank, including recent test results for s.g., ca, alk, mg, no3 and po4?

 

Another picture, maybe with different lighting, would also be helpful.
