antigonus
I have had my tank running for a year and a half, and over the past several months the Xenia spread all over, and I had to remove like 70% of it. I am planning to sort of remodel the aquarium now that I have some more experience, and last week I got a purple plate Montipora and Zoas from my LFS, but the Xenia is already growing pretty rapidly again. I really like the movement Xenia provides, but I'm not entirely sure if I should keep in in my tank, from others experience, is it feasible to just trim it weekly and keep it contained that way? Could the Xenia actually harm the montipora if it gets too close? Quote Link to comment
Clown79
I prune my xenia every few weeks. Quote Link to comment
antigonus
That's probably what I'll continue to do. Quote Link to comment
