Question on Bubble Magus T11 Dosing Pump

Recently purchased your Bubble Magus T11 Dosing Pump. I'm currently setting it up and had a few quick questions:

 

1) Does the pump need to be tested to ensure correct amount is dosed from pump 1, 2 & 3?

2) I set up each pump to dose 4x per day starting at 7:00AM for Pump 1, 7:05AM fro pump 2 & 7:10AM for pump 3. My question is, when will the 2nd, 3th and 4th dosing happen? What time of day?
