Is this a parasite or lympho on my Yellow Clown Goby?

Just noticed this strange white thing on my yellow clown goby's nose. It was not there last night. Behavior is totally normal.

Is it some kind of external worm-like parasite? Lympho? Is it possible a piece of mysis shrimp is stuck in his nose?

It looks like Lympho to me:

Thanks for weighing in, that's what it seems to be. The nodule fell off yesterday leaving a hardly noticeable bump the same color as the skin.

Good thing I've already been soak the food in garlic and selcon on the regular. Any other additives that might be helpful for keeping the virus in remission?

Any of these (especially Beta-glucan):

Great, I'll be adding beta glucan to the routine. Thanks for always taking the time to post great informational topics and help other reefers in need!
