Super Glue GEL, Tubes verses Bottle?

I’m getting tired of the Gel Tubes being dried out when I try to use them later. Are the Bottles of Gel any better?

I use Gorilla super glue gel in the plastic bottles. I've never had one dry up on me even after being opened and used several times.

I use super glue gel from the dollar store. Never had an issue with drying out

How are you using the tubes?  And what brand(s)?

 

If any water gets drawn inside that'll both cause and accelerate curing even faster than air getting in.  Saltwater makes it happen even faster than fresh.  Air getting in will do it too, just takes longer.

 

If you take care to exclude air and water, and the tube has a good lid, you should have no problem.

I use this too, only issue is it will separate after opening so you have to shake it really well and waste the 1st several drops in the trash, or it'll run all over your coral and fingers .  Always stays good indoors till it is less than 1/2 empty.
