Help brown stuff coming out of frogspawn

So I have some alage in my tank so I decided to do a blackout for 3 days. As I was starting the blackout I just turned my light fully off in mid day. Not thinking about anything. Then 30 minutes later brown stuff is coming out of my coral. Is the coral just stressed because I didn’t let the lights ramp down like they usually do or is it just pooping. Please help here are some pics
