Jbj filters and seahorses

I have had a pair of tiger tail seahorses in my 28 all in one tank since early March and they and their tank mates appear to be happy. I put nylons around the filter water output. Last night it appeared that one of the seahorses got its nose stuck in the filter inlet. 
Do I need to worry about it happening again. And if so what should I do to prevent it? Thank you
