Which thing? The sorta clearish polyp? 

 

It looks like a coral or anemone polyp. No idea what- let it grow and see what it is. It isn't causing the zoa to retract, so it's probably fine.

That's what polyps do. Some of them can shrink up really small, like anemones. 

 

On a second look, maybe a majano anemone? There are multiple species, some of which can multiply fast, some of which don't tend to do that. If it is a majano, either way, it's too small to get up to much. Wait and see what it does- it might not be a majano, it might be something cool.

 

Where did you get the zoa frag? You could ask them what they keep near the zoas. Maybe a polyp of something crept over.
