DrDeGuzman
I bought this clownfish in the beginning of March and added it to my tank which has been running FOWLR with another clown fish since dec 2018. Today I saw white spots on the clown bought this year. My first thought is it was ich. But how could that happen, I have had it for almost three months now. The two fish do fight though sometimes. And at night the one with the white spots lays down on the live rock at the base of the anemone because the other clown won’t let it in. is this something to be concerned about or is it just damage from fighting and rubbing against live rock?? Thank you all in advance Quote Link to comment
Humblefish
It kinda looks like flukes: https://www.nano-reef.com/forums/topic/402275-flukes-fish-disease-information/ But I can't completely rule out the possibility of brook either: https://www.nano-reef.com/forums/topic/402151-brooklynella-fish-disease-information/ I recommend a 5 min FW dip and look for white sesame seed looking things to drop off like you'll see here: https://www.nano-reef.com/forums/topic/401919-freshwater-dip-fish-treatment-information/ Quote Link to comment
