Iuvat
I have three sexy shrimps in a pico with a beautiful happy rock anemone. Recently though they’ve taken to dancing on his face, but also seem to be picking him until he completely closes for a few minutes, and the cycle repeats constantly. I feed them each a whole mysis a day and still can’t get them to stop. I really don’t want to get rid of either shrimps or anemone but can’t figure what to do. Maybe get a ricordia and see if the shrimps will host that? Quote Link to comment
debbeach13
I see this is a couple months old so you probably worked things out already. Sexy shrimp are anemone shrimp so They can be expected to host an anemone. What other coral are in the tank? They host all kinds of different corals years ago my trio picked the Kenya tree. I would be surprised if they are actually harming the anemone. Just make sure to keep up the feeding. Maybe even twice a day or twice a day every other day. 1 Quote Link to comment
