The black box lights are pretty good bang for your buck. The ones I have heard lots of reviews for are marsaqua and viparspectra, but most of the 165 boxes will probably perform about the same.

I think that means that your tank is no more than 13 gallons and around 20" wide.

 

So any so-called "back box" light like that "will work" as long as it's dimmable.  (If you run one at full power on that little tank, nothing will survive.) 

 

A better place to start the discussion may be:  What is in stock locally to you?  Ideally at the LFS.
