Help, is this Aptasia?

I purchased this yesterday and dropped it into the tank, I obviously wasnt paying attention as Ove just noticed this.

 

Is it Aptasia, if so should I take it back to my LFS or can I easily treat?

Yes aptasia or majano.  Either way you don't want it.  Many people use red sea aptasia x to treat them.  I've not had much luck with aptasia x...the aptasias always seem to come back.  I've had the most luck with F aptasia by Frank's Tanks.  That stuff has worked awesome for me.  Just do a Google search for it.

Aiptasia x works great. Sometimes you have to do it a few times- aiptasia moves so you gotta lather it and quickly before it closes up and moves.

 

You also need to do it with all water movement off for 10- 15mins.

If that is still on the plug, i'd take it out and treat it. The least amount you can disturb the aptasia, the better. It is a good practice to remove frags from a plug, dip, and remount onto a new clean plug.
