Hi everybody, I am soon setting up a nano reef and i would really like to grow some macro algea in the display tank but i am worried about species that "Go Sexual" and i would rather just stay away from species that " Go Sexual ".

So if anybody knows any species that do not " Go Sexual " then please let me know. Thanks

Red macros in general have a very low chance of going sexual in your tank. Almost all of them are totally safe options as far as that's concerned. Gracilaria, Bryothamnion, Hypnea, Halymenia, etc. would all be good choices.

Are there any species of Green Macro Algea that wont go sexual?

Chaeto doesn't either....not that I've ever heard of anyway.

Caulerpa (all types) are the macro you want to stay away from.

You have to keep bits of algae from floating around no matter which you grow though.  Bits will be created when you harvest.
