CD_Scapes
I might be getting an early christmas present...a 29 BioCube with heater, stand, pump, skimmer (might not use), and wavemaker for $10 from a local hobbyist. The catch is I have to deep clean it, which is well worth it. The plan was probably lots of gorgs and macroalgae as well as 10 lbs of KP Aquatics live rock, with all that said I am trying to decide if I want to stick to blennies and gobies or branch out to more free-swimming fish. What I had in mine were: Green banded/Rusty/Neon goby pair (only one of the species) Pygmy filefish pair or royal gramma blenny species 1 Quote Link to comment
Clown79
That's a great deal! Well worth the cleaning. Soaking it in vinegar water for few days will really help cut down on cleaning work. You can do free swimming fish if that's what you wanna do. You don't have to stick with gobies in a 29g. In my 25g I have: midas blenny, 2 clowns, and a bangaii. Quote Link to comment

I guess the fish will also depend on the style of tank I’m doing. I really want the tank to mainly be gorgonians so maybe some cardinals or a basslet would be the way to go. Quote Link to comment
Clown79
When I transferred and was selling my 15g, I filled it with vinegar and water. It Sat 24hrs, things cane off super easy with a razor. Quote Link to comment

I figured it would be fine as they are all smaller fish Quote Link to comment

Probably since all the fish are pretty small max size and most seem easy to feed. Quote Link to comment
