Does anyone have any experience with the following pumps? Sicce micra - 90gph Sicce syncra nano - 110gph Sicce micraplus - 158gph Hydor centrifugal - 100/160/200/300gph Quote Link to comment

OBXReef Posted October 22, 2019 Share Posted October 22, 2019 Go with whatever pump that has the same dimensions or less as the MJ606 in length and width. The Spec 3 (2.6 gallon) pump chamber is a different size than the Spec V. No mods necessary for the MJ606 to fit. One thing to look for is that the MJ606 power cord comes out of the top of the pump. 1 Quote Link to comment
billygoat Posted October 22, 2019 Share Posted October 22, 2019 I have not personally used a Sicce pump before, but they seem to be very well made, reliable, and quiet. If you can find a Sicce with the same dimensions as the MJ606 I would recommend that choice. 👌 1 Quote Link to comment

I only tried the hydor because I liked how the wire was parallel to the output nozzle but the actual gph is way less than what was advertised.
