icatchsnook
Just saw these for sale online. Had not heard of any hybrids like this before. Seems like it could be really cool if it takes the lower light requirements and hardiness of the squamosa and keeps the smaller size of the crocea so it fits better in smaller tanks long term. Wish I was ready to pull the trigger on one of these at the moment, but unfortunately am going to have to pass on this time. Not promoting anything, but wanted to post them in case anyone else was in the market for something I think is pretty cool and unique. Also wondering if anyone has any first hand experience with a hybrid tridacna. https://www.liveaquaria.com/divers-den/product/482077/micronesian-cultured-crocea-x-squamosa-hybrid-clam https://www.liveaquaria.com/divers-den/product/482075/micronesian-cultured-crocea-x-squamosa-hybrid-clam Quote Link to comment
