What are these? Hydroids?

I’m a new reefer, just finished cycling my tank about 2 weeks ago.  These appeared near the end of the cycle.  I used mostly BRS dry rock and a couple pounds of live rock from a LFS.  I cycled by ghost feeding.

They’re tiny, not much bigger than a period and the “arms” seem mobile.  I started with a few patches on the glass and they seem to be spreading.  They seem too small for Asterina stars and not quite the right shape.

Hydroid jellyfish. They are common in new tanks and will eventually go away.
