My bicolor angel is very lathargic

My bicolor angel is very lethargic he is just resting up against the rocks on the bottom of the tank I'm very worried my other 1st seem to be doing very well I have a flame angel clown fish and to blue and yellow damsels they are all fine I have not fed this morning but he was eating yesterday very lightly not sure what's going on.
