Clownfish wth popeye and algae issue suddenly

I Tested Nitrates at around 0 and have been using Chemi pure blue... With lots of water changes.  About 1 per week of 40%.

I noticed the larger clown with a popped out eye last night and immediately did some research. With that info I did a tank clean and water change for that but, I am also thinking I am having problems with possible dinos?

 

It seems like I might have my system running a little to clean. From reading suggestions from other posts here on the forum. I don't have a way to check phosphate ATM. I have a Hanna on the way.

What do you guys think? Remove the Chemi pure and just use floss and carbon? Do I just wait out the algae, how long? It looks fine like hair and breaks off and floats up.

For the popped out eye you can try dosing Epsom salt (1 tablespoon per 5 gallons) to help relieve the swelling.
