White lump on clownfish?

I just recently purchased a new pair of clowns. One of them has not eaten in a few days and I've now noticed a white lump on its side? Anyone know what this could be? I did catch her and when I tried to move it with my gloved finger it seemed hard and wouldn't budge. It wasnt there when I brought her home. Wondering if anyone has seen this before.
